
Dr. John S. Weyand
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Weyand received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree (D.C.) from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Minneapolis Minnesota in 1991. Prior to enrolling in chiropractic college, Dr. Weyand earned a bachelor’s degree from Lock Haven (Pa.) University and a master’s degree from East Stroudsburg (Pa.) University. He holds a diplomate from the American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedists (D.A.B.C.O.) and is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) through the McKenzie institute. In 2020 Dr. Weyand was certified as a Primary Spine Practitioner through the University of Pittsburgh School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. He has been in private practice in Hornell N.Y. since 1992. Dr. Weyand serves on the board of directors at UR St. James Hospital in Hornell N.Y.. He is a member of the medical staff at UR St. James and serves as the chairman of the credentials committee. Dr. Weyand serves as an examiner for the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners Part IV practical clinical examination and serves as an expert witness for the New York State Department of Education Office of Professional Discipline in the subject area of Chiropractic. He has served on consensus panels for development of best practice guidelines in chiropractic. Dr. Weyand is a member of the New York State Chiropractic Association and the American Chiropractic Association. He and his wife Kim have three sons Shawn, Jacob, and Spencer.
Dr. Rick Czajkowski graduated from Haverling High School in Bath NY in 1988 and Ohio University in 1992 with a BS in Business. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Atlanta Ga in 1998. He has been in practice at Lake Country Chiropractic in Bath for over 22 years. He and his wife Stephanie have been married for over 25 years and have two daughters Madelyn and Meredith and a son Evan. They reside in Bath where he
enjoys golf, refereeing basketball,traveling, walking his dog Snoopy and summers by the pool.

Dr. Keven Hagen
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Hagen earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree (D.C.) from New York Chiropractic College and his bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Physiology from the University of Iowa. He holds an Advanced Certificate in Sports Science and Human Performance and is certified as a Primary Spine Practitioner through Excellus BCBS. Dr. Hagen is also credentialed in the Fascial Distortion Model (Lower Region), RockTape Level 1 Advanced, and is dual-certified through the Titleist Performance Institute (Level 1 and Medical 2). He has completed Parts I–IV and Physiotherapy through the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
Dr. Hagen has provided chiropractic care in a wide variety of clinical and athletic settings, including HealthSource of Hornell, Victor Chiropractic, Bath VA Medical Center, Monroe Community Hospital, Rochester Health Center, and student health centers at St. John Fisher College and the University at Buffalo. He has also served as a treating chiropractor for athletes at community events such as the Rochester Half Marathon and the Oak Tree Marathon in Geneseo, N.Y.
In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Hagen has been active in education. He serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Bryant & Stratton College, teaching courses in anatomy, physiology, and electronic health records, and has previously taught at the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage. While at New York Chiropractic College, he served as Class Vice President and Student Liaison at the Rochester Health Center.
Dr. Hagen’s approach to care emphasizes addressing the root causes of musculoskeletal issues through extensive myofascial treatment in combination with spinal and extremity adjustments. His goal is to help patients achieve long-lasting results with fewer follow-up visits, allowing them to return more quickly to the activities they enjoy.
Dr. Spencer Weyand is a second generation Chiropractor. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree (D.C.) from Northeast College of Health Sciences in Seneca Falls New York in 2025. He completed a 9 month internship at the Bath VA Medical Center. Before chiropractic college, he attended SUNY Cortland where he received a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. While at Cortland, he was a member of the baseball team competing in the college world series and finishing third nationally in 2021. He is a 2018 graduate of Hornell High School. In practice, he uses an evidence based approach combined with a diversified manipulation technique. He is currently taking courses in mechanical diagnosis and therapy (MDT) through the Mckenzie Institute.
